Stop Reading the Wiki: The Interactive Reddit Recommended Routine Cheat Sheet | IronLog

Real Pain, From Real Users

"The recommended routine is a wall of confusing text and links"
โ€” r/bodyweightfitness user
"I also found the way the RR was documented to be really annoying, every time I'd start a workout I'd forget the next exercise or how to do it..."
โ€” r/bodyweightfitness user

The RR Wiki Is Brilliant. It's Also Impossible to Use During a Workout.

The r/bodyweightfitness Recommended Routine is the gold standard of bodyweight training. It's been refined over a decade by the community. It works. Millions of people have built strength with it.

But the wiki page? It's a nightmare to use mid-workout. You need to:

  1. Open the wiki in one tab
  2. Open YouTube in another tab for exercise demos
  3. Open a notes app to track your sets and reps
  4. Open a timer app for rest periods
  5. Juggle all four while trying to actually exercise

Every session starts with "wait, what's the next pair? Was it pull-ups + squats or dips + hinges?"
