The Recommended Routine was created by the Reddit community โ for free, for everyone. It's a public good. Yet dozens of apps have wrapped it in a paywall, charging $5-15/month for what is essentially a UI on top of freely available information.
Worse, many of these apps add the exact things the community hates: social feeds, push notifications, "challenges," leaderboards, premium-only features that lock basic functionality.

Simple: it costs $0/month to run. IronLog has no backend server. All your data lives in your browser's localStorage โ we don't have a database to maintain, a server to pay for, or user accounts to manage.
Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages (free tier). Exercise GIFs come from ExerciseDB's free tier. The entire infrastructure bill is $0.00/month.
Premium training templates (Bodyweight Mastery, Desk Warrior, Travel Fit) are available as optional one-time purchases โ not subscriptions. They're extras, not the core experience. The RR stays free forever.
IronLog is free, no-login, no-ads. Built to solve the problems other apps ignore.
